The ECAI in English program offers the same lectures presented in Portuguese, with the obvious difference that they are taught in English. These lectures are not English classes, so the audience should neither expect nor fear to have their English corrected or judged. Portuguese is allowed for questions from English-shy members of the audience, but the lecturer will answer them in English.

Alex Innecco spent fifteen years living in the U.S., where he conducted, sang, and lectured. Many of the classes he now teaches in Brasília were originally conceived for the American public. Innecco believes there is an audience in the Brazilian capital for lectures in English, mainly comprised of the colorful international community that serve the 100+ embassies and consulates located here, and also of Brazilians who want to be exposed to the English language.

Audiences should expect in English the same good humor and light-hearted atmosphere presented in the Portuguese-based lectures.

O programa ECAI in English oferece as mesmas palestras apresentadas em português, com a óbvia diferença que as aulas acontecem em inglês. Essas palestras não são aulas de inglês, portanto a platéia não deve esperar ou temer que seu inglês seja corrigido ou julgado. Alunos tímidos em inglês podem perguntar em português, mas o professor responderá em inglês.

Alexandre Innecco morou quinze anos nos Estados Unidos, onde regeu, cantou e deu aulas. Muitas das palestras hoje apresentadas em Brasília foram originalmente concebidas para o público norte-americano. Innecco acredita que existe uma platéia na capital brasileira para palestras em inglês, formada pela colorida comunidade internacional que serve aos mais de cem consulados e embaixadas localizados aqui, e também por brasileiros que querem contato com a língua inglesa.
